Your leaders have been developed for strategy, execution, and results. Almost no one has developed them for the internal work that determines whether any of that holds.

The confidence, self-awareness, discipline, and mental habits that elite athletes spend their entire careers building deliberately- that's the development your leaders are missing.

It's what I do.

RACHEL VIGLIETTA, CMPC

FOUNDER

Rachel Viglietta is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology with a Master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and over two decades of professional baseball experience.

For 20 years, Rachel worked on the business side of professional baseball, inside one of the highest-pressure, highest-performance environments in American professional sport. She didn't just observe elite performance from a distance- She lived inside the culture, systems, and standards that produce it.

What she learned there fundamentally shaped her approach: elite performance is not accidental. It is built deliberately, through mental conditioning, systematic preparation, and the ability to regulate under pressure. The methodology is grounded in sport performance science and delivered through a framework built around a single truth: you have to deal with things in order to move through them and unleash your best performance.

Rachel now works directly with C-suite leaders, senior leadership teams, and high-achieving individuals who are ready to close the gap between their capability and their performance under pressure.

THE FRAMEWORK

01

AWARENESS

See the situation clearly before you react to it.

02

OWNERSHIP

Identify what’s yours to control and own it.

03

ACTION

Execute from clarity, not anxiety.

Every coaching engagement, workshop, and program is built around a single operating framework- AWARENESS. OWNERSHIP. ACTION.- the same progression that separates elite performers from everyone else.
